You can also download the EDUKA mobile app from the App Store or Google Play using your login details, which should consist of your email address and the school code: 544899

For parents who already have a child enrolled in lycée, please do not create a new access, use the same one.

Any incomplete registration file will not be processed (all of the requested documents must be provided). Some documents will be treated as confidential (financial documents, medical form).

For foreign children holding an Ethiopian Origin Card :

Under ‘Civil status of the child’: Origine éthiopienne, select ‘Oui’

– Upload a copy of the Ethiopian Origin Card under ‘ Documents’  >  ‘Documents complémentaires’

– Mandatory document
You will also need to provide a certificate from your employer stating whether or not they are covering the school fees. This document must be completed and bear the signature and stamp of the relevant employer. Please upload this document in Eduka under ‘Documents’ > ‘Documents complémentaires’. The original document must be submitted to Mr. Fitsum at the Cashier’s Office.

For students of Ethiopian nationality, registration must be based on their passport.
Surname: the grandfather’s surname.

First name: the child’s first name + the father’s first name

Once your application is completed and accepted, you will receive an email from the school informing you of this and request payment of the registration fee. After the payment of the registration fee, your registration will be definitively validated.

Parents who already have a child enrolled at Lycée Guébré-Mariam, should use the same login details for the enrolment process.

You must create an account

When you log in for the first time, click on ‘Click here to create a parent account’

Please state that you have not had any pupils enrolled at Lycée Guebre-Mariam

Create your account

A message will be sent to you

You will receive an email at the address you provided

Click on the link provided in your email

And continue with the registration process as explained below under ‘Registration’

You will be redirected to the ‘password recovery’ page

Enter your email address and click ‘send’

Please note: for parents who already have a child enrolled at the school, please use the same email address that you provided

You will receive an email at the address you provided
Click on the link provided in your email

You will be automatically redirected to the Eduka website.
You must set your password.
Click on ‘Register’

You will be taken to the next page
Then click ‘OK’

Registration

Enter your username and password.

You will be taken to the Eduka homepage for the Guébré-Mariam Franco-Ethiopian High School

Click on ‘Admissions Portal’

You have arrived at the admissions portal.
Click on ‘Create an application for a new student for 2026/2027’

A window will open.
Fill in the required details, then click ‘OK’

A new page will open.
Click on ‘Registration request’. ‘Pending submission’

If you do not have a scanner, you may attach photos taken with your mobile phone; these must be in high-quality JPG format and the text must be clearly legible.

A new page is opening.
You must complete the information requested for each tab: Students, Manager, Education, Health, etc.

Please ensure you complete all fields marked with a red line, as these are mandatory.
Save your details on each tab and, most importantly, make sure you attach all the required supporting documents on the final tab; otherwise, your application cannot be validated.
Once your application is fully completed,
click on ‘Submit application’.

You will be redirected to the next page, which will confirm that your application has been successfully submitted and is awaiting approval.
